The Lawrence Brook Watershed Partnership, Inc. is a non-for-profit organization; the geographic area that  we protect is located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, USA, about 35 miles south of New York City. 

The Partnership was  founded in 1997 to provide a unifying environmental force for the central New  Jersey towns of North Brunswick, South Brunswick, East Brunswick, the  Borough of Milltown, and the City of New Brunswick, all of which have land  within the 48-square-mile Lawrence Brook Watershed. 

Most of our activities are done by volunteers, of  all ages, and of all backgrounds (scientists, teachers, engineers, college students, high school students, retirees, canoeists, bicycle riders, nature lovers, fishermen, parent-and-child teams, and most of all,  people who care about their community's  natural resources). We are always looking  for new volunteers; you are welcome to join us.
